We do not, unless you specify that you’ll pay for it. We are cleaning specialists, not movers!
Rest assured we’ll safely clean around your furniture and can recommend movers if you need assistance beyond putting a couch or chair on blocks.
We do *not* move tables, TVs or television stands, dressers, or bookshelves.
We give you a two-hour window of our arrival, and if we’ll be late, we always call!
- Pick up the area.
- Move pets to an area not affected.
- Make your driveway available for our great cleaning infrastructure!
- Move any furniture covering the carpet you want cleaned in advance of our arrival. We’ll clean around any furniture in rooms we’re cleaning.
Results vary, depending on the severity of the staining. We can say that it’s a same-day dry job!
You will not have to move out for a week just to get your carpet cleaned!
That’s up to you, but we’d say that homeowners can extend the life of their carpets and rugs by cleaning every six months to a year. The longer stains and daily grime sit on a carpet, the more difficult it is to get rid of it.
If you’re a business owner, then you should know the rules. Clean after every tenant moves out and at least annually for offices. Hospitality services and establishments that serve food should be cleaned regularly, at minimum according to health code regulations.
As long as the carpet padding has not been affected, we can rid your space of odor.
If the stench caused by the animal has reached the padding, we cannot guarantee the total removal of animal odor.
